Country Style Gravy

1 Head of cauliflower,
chopped
1 Packet Ideal Protein
Chicken Soup Mix
Sea Salt and pepper to
taste
1 Tbls Olive Oil
Reserve 1 cup of water
from boiling cauliflower
Directions:
-Boil 1 head of chopped
cauliflower until tender. (Reserve 1 cup of liquid from boiling.)
- Place all ingredients
in blender and puree until smooth.
Pour gravy over your
choice of meat, eggs, or rutabaga hash browns!
